Personal Data We Process
Assemblator processes your personal data when you use our services and/or provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. How Long We Retain Personal Data
Assemblator does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a retention period of 10 years for all categories of personal data, as we are already legally obliged to provide the personal data to the Tax Authorities for a period of 7 years.
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Assemblator shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for your privacy protection. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
